Skived sheets
Skiving is a technique that cuts material off in thin slices. Vanéflons skived sheets are skived with a thickness up to 3 mm from large PTFE blocks. The width and length can be adjusted according to your specific requirements.
These skived sheets will deliver superior insulation strength. Other characteristics are their non-stickyness, flexibility and high temperature resistance. On top they have a high resistance against chemicals, heat and moisture. Skived sheets do not suffer from porosity, exhibit an excellent release and have a very low coefficient of friction.
